Dubord & Rainville is a Quebec based food service distributor that serves over 2 000 customers each week. Our customers are comprised of: industrial cafeterias, school cafeterias, independent restaurants, coffee shops, summer camps, hospitals, retirement homes, hotels and golf courses. With more than 1 000 suppliers, on-demand customized automated reports, and competitive prices, the company can tailor its services to meet the specific needs of each customer. Dubord & Rainville has over 40 years of extensive experience in successful transitions of major chain accounts. Our company will ensure that the appropriate resources including trucks, staff and products are available for all future customers to render an effortless and stress free transition.
ONLINE ORDERING
Dubord & Rainville’s online ordering system was designed around the needs of our customers. Customers can personalize order guides and search for products effortlessly through the availability of three search methods: by word, item number, and product number. A sales representative will personally visit each location to take customers through the online ordering process and to ensure that it is user friendly.
COSTUMER SERVICES

Dubord & Rainville has seven sales representatives on the road and 11 customer service representatives on site. Automated reports are available upon request and can be tailored to the client’s specific needs:

Orders can be submitted by phone, fax or email. Dubord & Rainville also provides customers access to the company website through a Client Login page, where customers can view a personalized product catalogue, as well as place their orders online. Customers also have access to their 25 most recent invoices.

Our offices are situated in Ville St-Laurent (Montréal) where a team of 150 employees work to assure customer satisfaction.

Over the years, the company has evolved into a full-service food distributor with a fast and flexible approach. Dubord & Rainville’s sales continue to grow year-over-year thanks to the dedication and loyalty of our customers.
SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
For many years, Dubord & Rainville has been a proud supporter of organizations that help the less fortunate.
Every year at Christmas time, Dubord & Rainville organizes the making and distribution of food baskets, as well as toys and candy to help low-income families throughout Quebec.
Since 2009 Dubord has also been involved in the distribution of children’s books to hospitals across Quebec.
